Kauvai Customs Agency Ltd has been growing rapidly over the years and due to demand from our clients for storage and increased shipping handling in the Cook Islands, we have now acquired a warehouse space on the Avatiu Port which is a Customs Controlled Area.

Customs-Controlled areas (CCAs) are secure, controlled areas that Cook Islands Customs monitor or conduct activities.

You need a licence to operate a CCA and you also need to meet certain obligations which KCA have successfully done.

Many CCAs are the last point of contact before items are exported, or the first when they’re imported.

What does this mean to you?

It now means that we are able to handle incoming cargo into our own CCA warehouse and cargo can be accessed immediately from us directly to you.  For incoming cargo, this can be done as follows below.  KCA are proud to have their own CCA Warehouse to meet your needs.
